General Admission Requirements
All applicants must provide:
- Government-issued ID & Social Security Number
- High school diploma or GED (CNA allows concurrent enrollment for 16–17 year olds)
- Physical exam within the past 12 months
- TB clearance (2-step, QuantiFERON, or chest X-ray)
- Required immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Hep B or waiver, Tdap, Influenza, COVID-19 if required)

Program-Specific Requirements
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Minimum age: 16
- $100 non-refundable registration fee
- IDPH background check
- Orientation attendance required
Phlebotomy Technician (PT)
- Minimum age: 18
- $100 non-refundable registration fee
- Background check (site-dependent)
- Orientation attendance required
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Minimum age: 18
- Current CNA license in good standing
- HS diploma or GED (official transcript)
- TEAS exam (75% minimum)
- Two letters of recommendation
- 500-word APA essay: The Role of Practical Nurses in Healthcare
- $1,000 non-refundable registration fee
- Background check & drug screen
- Orientation attendance required

Pay Registration Fee
Secure your seat by paying the non-refundable registration fee (CNA/Phlebotomy: $100 | LPN: $1,000).
Submit Documents
Provide required items: transcripts, exam results, health forms, background check, and immunizations.
Confirm Enrollment
We will manually verify your enrollment first by sending you an confirmation email.
Select a Payment Option
Choose from structured tuition payment plans or arrange private/company sponsorship.
Attend Orientation
Join orientation one week before your start date to meet your cohort and review your class schedule.

- 100% refund (minus registration fee) → Before classes start
