Saturday theory + Tue/Thu clinicals, with Friday lab sims

Government-issued photo ID + SSN
HS diploma/GED (or concurrent HS enrollment if site allows)
Physical exam (12 months) & TB clearance
Immunizations: MMR, Varicella, Hep B (or waiver), Tdap, Influenza (in season), COVID-19 (if site-required)
Background check (fingerprinting if required by clinical site)
Tution Fees : $2,355
  1. Includes: $100 Registration (non-refundable), $65 CPR, $85 books, $85 supplies, $55 background check, $65 uniform + ID.

  2. National Health Career Association (NHA): (~$125) paid to certifying agency.
