Driven by a mission to provide accessible, high-quality CNA training, the program was rooted in community service & workforce empowerment. In 2025, with expanded expertise & a bold new vision, Dr. Barron reimagined the school as part of COLBAR Healthcare Solutions — extending its offerings to include Phlebotomy and LPN programs, career development, mentorship, and training designed to meet the needs of underserved populations.

Our services are fast, reliable, and performed by a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with Full Practice Authority.
What type of treatment do you offer for alcohol use disorder?
We provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) using Vivitrol (Naltrexone injection), alongside licensed counseling, peer support groups, and job readiness assistance.
Do I need insurance to participate in the program?
We accept most major insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. Self-pay options are also available.
