Our history

COLBAR Healthcare Solutions School of Allied Health was founded by Dr. Barron in 2009. Driven by a mission to provide accessible, high-quality CNA training, the program was rooted in community service & workforce empowerment. In 2025, with expanded expertise & a bold new vision, Dr. Barron reimagined the school as part of COLBAR Healthcare Solutions — extending its offerings to include Phlebotomy and LPN programs, career development, mentorship, and training designed to meet the needs of underserved populations.

At COLBAR Healthcare Solutions, we offer comprehensive physical exams and occupational health screenings to help individuals meet requirements for employment, school, transportation, and athletic participation. Our services are fast, reliable, and performed by a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with Full Practice Authority.

What type of treatment do you offer for alcohol use disorder?

We provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) using Vivitrol (Naltrexone injection), alongside licensed counseling, peer support groups, and job readiness assistance.

Do I need insurance to participate in the program?

 We accept most major insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. Self-pay options are also available.

What additional services are included?

Our program includes:

  • 1:1 therapy, bi-weekly peer support meetings

  • Resume workshops

  • expungement support through our partner, We Are Not Opps.

Do you treat opioid use disorder as well?

Yes. We are launching an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) offering Suboxone (Buprenorphine/Naloxone) soon. Please inquire for updates.

What IV therapy and injections do you offer?

We offer a full range of IV drips including: Myers’ Cocktail, Get-Up-and-Go, Immunity Boost, Inner Beauty, Quench & Reboot, Performance & Recovery. Plus B12 and Vitamin D injections, and Semaglutide/Tirzepatide for weight loss

Are these services covered by insurance?

No. All MedSpa services are wellness-based and not covered by insurance. We accept Zelle and Stripe for payment.

Are your services FDA-approved?

Yes. All IV and injection services are FDA-approved and legally administered by trained professionals under licensed provider supervision.

Do you offer IV therapy for brain and memory health?

Yes. We offer Methylene Blue IV therapy to support cognitive function, focus, and memory, especially for early Alzheimer’s care and brain fog.
