Age 18+; Government-issued ID + SSN
HS diploma/GED (official transcript required)
Current CNA license in good standing
Entrance Exam: TEAS (75% minimum, or equivalent if approved)
Two professional letters of recommendation
500-word APA essay: “The Role of Practical Nurses in Healthcare”
Physical exam (12 months) & TB clearance
Immunizations: MMR, Varicella, Hep B (or waiver), Tdap, Influenza, COVID-19 (if site-required)
Background check & drug screening
Mandatory orientation attendance
Tution Fees : $19,800
($18,000 tuition + itemized fees per catalog; NCLEX-PN exam paid separately)

Option 2: $6,000 down + 12 × $1,083.33
Option 3: $3,000 down + 12 × $1,333.33
